Recycling waste material
The process of stripping out usually causes a large volume of waste material, but most of this can be recycled. We work to recycle as much as possible, whether it’s plasterboard, glass or plastics. All of the different materials are sorted and sent to be recycled. Any waste that can’t be properly separated will be sent to waste management to be sorted and recycled.
Scrap metal
Stripping out properties also produces a lot of scrap metal, which often includes stainless and ferrous steel, copper pipes or cables and aluminium. The metals are appraised, and we will give you a free skip for any scrap metal and we will remove it for you.
Enhance and develop existing properties
It has become more popular to enhance and develop existing properties rather than go through all the expense and trouble to find and relocate to a different building.
